Each cup is handmade with care, love, and attention to detail. To help keep your cup looking its best, please follow the care instructions below.

Please Do Not:

- Soak your cup in water
- Use hot water when washing
- Use hot beverages in glass snow globe cups
- Place your cup in the microwave
- Put your cup in the dishwasher
- Use abrasive sponges or scrubbers
- Leave your cup in a hot environment, such as a vehicle
- Drop your cup or expose it to rough handling

Recommended Care:

- Hand wash only
- Wash gently using cool water and a soft sponge
- Dry bamboo lids thoroughly after washing
- Use a straw brush to clean reusable straws
- Store your cup in a cool, dry place

Snow Globe Cup Information

- Glitter may settle over time. Simply shake the cup gently to reactivate the glitter and enjoy the full effect.
- Small air bubbles may occasionally appear within the liquid portion of snow globe cups during transit. These bubbles can develop naturally as a result of shipping, handling, temperature changes, and movement during transportation.
- The presence of air bubbles does not affect the quality, appearance, or functionality of the cup and is considered a normal occurrence. Therefore, air bubbles are not considered a defect and are not grounds for replacement, exchange, or refund.
