Refund policy
Due to the nature of this item, all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted once an order has been placed.
Exceptions will only be made if the item is received damaged as a result of shipping carrier's handling. In the event that your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery and must provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- the shipping label
Claims submitted without supporting documentation may not be eligible for review.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund based on the information provided.
